Our staff has years of experience with all thermo-plastics ranging from commodity grades to high performance engineering grades. We do short, medium, and long runs to accommodate our customer's needs.

Metal Casting

Our casting department produces tin alloy castings used by hard disc drive manufacturers. Our state of the art casting techniques create the grain structure our customers require while also ensuring a void free casting.

Tooling & Machining

At Isanti Tool Company Inc. we can run your existing mold or work with you in development and building of a new mold. We can supply our customers with single cavity prototype aluminum molds or multi-cavity tool steel production molds.

Our machine shop is CNC equipped with full CAD/CAM capabilities. From building and maintaining molds to machining drive/backing plates and lapping plates our experienced staff will satisfy our customers needs with on time delivery of quality parts at the best possible price.
